With a large kitchen you have all the space you need for morning breakfast or hosting a dinner. Grill on the back deck during the day, then turn off all the lights and watch for shooting stars around the propane fire pit at night.

Maximum occupancy is 14. With 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, Loft - Two bunkbeds with full and twin beds, and a pull out couch.

With brand new AC, boiler system for heated floors, inside gas fireplace, internet , game room, custom bar, beds couches and décor, this home will not disappoint!

CHANGE IN SEASONS

For the winter months (approx Dec - March) the gas grill, outdoor gas firepit, wood firepit, and all deck furniture will be put away for the season.

SAFETY

Driveway - We have taken extra precautions to ensure the driveway is regularly plowed and spread with salt and sand for winter, however it is steep and Northern Michigan gets a fair amount of snow! From November to May please ensure you have a minimum of all-season tires and AWD and/or 4WD IS REQUIRED by all guests for safe passage along the driveway during winter months.
