"From the time I pulled into the valet lane outside the hotel checkin to the check out process and review of incidentals I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was the remarkable strength of our experience at the Omni in Charlottesville, Virginia. We were first greeted by a staff member outside of valet parking (Jamell) who immediately provided us with a luggage carrier, waited patiently for us while we checked, helped us to find a room and transported our luggage to our room. The hotel manager that day (female) whose name I regretably forgot, assisted during a reservation/booking issue with the patience of a saint. Provided restaurant tips one night and called me one day when I forgot my car was parked in the loading zone. The rooms were spotless an dthe aesthetic was tasteful and consistent with the decor of the and culture of this almost historic hotel on the downtown mall. I'll be staying here often when I visit Cville. Hats off to you Omni and your well-picked staff members. "

"Wawa right outside the hotel within walking distance, room was immaculate and smelled lovely. Bathroom was very modern and well lit. Room had ironing board, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Staff was fantastic. Water was available in the lobby and they served breakfast and had coffee in the morning. Will be returning."

"Great house in great location. I had a medicalProcedure done in the area and had a two week stay at the house to help recovery. Plenty of room for a couple or family.I loved the patio and back yard overlooking the beautiful garden. The Deer came out every evening. Very relaxing.Refrigerator freezer was full of owners food, and so were all shelves of fridge, so that was odd. Also there was some trash in recycling when we checked in. Master bathroom has a wonderful tub but no shower.Beds very comfortable. PillowsWe’re good. And excellent washer and dryer.Closets are big and roomy.No cleaning supplies in kitchen, but we bought some.Overall we loved the house and location and would recommend staying there."

"Wonderful host and great stay! Apartment was spacious and comfortable. More room that we needed for two couples. Easy off street parking for two cars. Loved the front patio area! Safe and easy to walk around the area. Perfect location for getting to local wineries and evenings out downtown. Host was very responsive and helpful and thought of everything when furnishing this rental. We will definitely book here again when we’re back in Charlottesville!"
