Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation rental. The only improvement would be a functioning elevator in our building because one of us has mobility issues and found climbing the stairs very difficult.

Just dreamy!

We loved staying at Nikte. The location was perfect and the condo was very comfortable with excellent views and access to the beach.

Beautiful and Peaceful Condo

Great space for a get away with family or friends. Lovely views and ambient sounds of the ocean even with doors closed. Safe neighborhood tucked away from the hustle. Beach is a bit rocky so we recommend water shoes. Also plan for the elevator to intermittently work (you’ll need to like stairs). Beds are comfy and the kitchen has the basics.

Kitchen is fully outfitted with all pots, pans, dishes. Daily maid service was very nice to keep dishes clean and sand off the floors. The pool was great for our small children. The convenience store across the street was nice for last minute items. Highly recommended!!

There was a lot of seaweed or sargosa that prevented us from swimming out in the ocean but the pool was a great alternative. Overall the unit was nice with very comfortable furniture and beds. Can't wait to return.

Peace and quiet, directly on the beach!

The property was incredible! Exactly as gorgeous as pictured, even better than described. The location is in the middle of everything and yet secluded enough it was nice and quiet. Akumal beach, Yal Ku, restaurants, all within walking distance! We snorkeled right in front of the condos every day. The concierge was amazing and so helpful! You have questions about anything: condo, taxis, sightseeing, restaurant recommendations, they'll help! Sidenote: maybe I missed it in the listing but there are room darkening blinds everywhere, which was amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Beach towels were also provided! The kitchen was stocked well and the laundry worked perfectly. We had a minor issue with the washer leaking while there and they took care of it immediately. Again, I can't say enough good about this place. Highly recommend!

The balcony facing the ocean and the vast and lush rainforest of Akumal at the back. So grateful that son-in-law let us joined the 8 nights stay at this fabulous condo👍. Each room was clean, and perfect to celebrate my 70th birthday. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. This place all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable( not to mention the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in) 👍. Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'd never used a local booking company. Akumal Direct was great to work with. Communication through email or text were always answered promptly. The property was clean and the pool was a delight! The elevator was down as stated in the reservation; you have a 50/50 chance of it working. We, of course, stayed on the top level... Movement and exercise are good for ya!!~ On that note, we rented a golf cart and Akumal Direct helped reserve. They drop off/pick up at the property for a fee, that I gladly paid! The Sargassum was low while we were there, however, we had one windy day and the staff came and cleaned it up. Live with Nature, it isn't going anywhere. All n All a fantastic stay!!~ Thank you.
