The Hotel staff was friendly and help full

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
I would stay in this hotel again. My room was comfortable and clean. I had one problem the maid forgot my hand towels once and did not leave a floor mat on the same day. One elevator was broken for the last 3 days of my stay.

Great Hotel, Good Location

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
I thought Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco was a great hotel and was in a great location as well. The services was good and I felt welcomed at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and had a good amount of space. The only negatives about my stay, were travel agents/tour guide people trying to sale you tours as soon as you finish checking-in. I also didn't like the wireless internet service, that you had to pay for. All in all, a good hotel and a good experience.

Loved this hotel

We ask for a room on the "quiet sude" of the hotel thanks to a review we read that suggested this. The room was great and the view from both terraces spectacular! We liked both the beach and the pool and spent some time in each place each day. The drinks on the beach are 1/2 price all day and so that made it very affordable. Found the staff to be wonderful including the check-in and check-out person. No complaints except that the food was expensive and so we didn't eat at the hotel. This was not a problem however as we bought food for our spacious kitchen and used it for breakfast and some lunches. The location of gthe hotel is the best in town. Lots of great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Our favorite was called Tio Alex and we went there every evening fcr coctails and sometimes dinner. Again the drinks were wonderful and 55 pesos for 2 drinks....happy hour all the time! Took several trips around the area and loived the Cliff Divers and the Chapel of Peace. Also walked around the downtown area just to get the feel for the old part of town. Wonderful trip and we can't wait to go back.

Nice Hotel, Bring Ear Plugs

I booked this hotel to stay at the night before we left on a cruise from Acapulco. The Hotel was quite nice. Clean, nice sized rooms and very pleasant staff. The only fly in the ointment is that it was right next to extremely noisy entertainment venues. Either an outdooor night club or the bungee tower. Fortunately my wife had her ear plugs and I can sleep thru anything so it was not a major issue. I'd go there again but request rooms on the other side of the building and see if that would help.

Best View Around

I stayed at the Fiesta Americana Villas in Acapulco for 4 days and loved it. The hotel was clean, the service was good and the view from the 19th floors was the best view around. I could see the Strip of Acapulco, beach the ocean and a great view of the pool. The hotel was near shopping, bars and great places to eat. The room was large and again very clean. The fitness room was nice, there is a nice office with internet access and the pool area was great.

Fiesta Americana Acapulco

The hotel was clean and the room had an outstanding view. Travel online gave the hotel a 4 star rating, but I believe it was more like a 3 star. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, and it was included in the room price. The negative was the music from the surrounding clubs on the strip. It was loud and played until 5am, making it difficult to sleep. Overall 31/2 smiley faces.

GREAT HOTEL

MY HUSBAND & I ARE IN OUR 20'S WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL FOR 5 DAYS. WE STAYED IN THE JUNIOR SUITE AND IT WAS GREAT, THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE, OUR BALCONY VIEWS WERE EXPACTACULAR. THE SWIMMING POOLS WERE REALLY CLEAN, BUT THE BEACH WAS NOT SO CLEAN. OUR PACKAGE INCLUDED FREE BREAKFAST (THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD, ANYTHING YOU REALLY WANT). THE HOTEL EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY FREINDLY AND THEY DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE EVERYTHING GOOD WHILE YOU'RE THERE. WE GOT SOME TRIPS TO THE CITY TOUR WHICH WAS ""OK"". THEN WE GOT ONE FOR THE GRAND MAYAN PLACE (WHICH REALLY SUCKED, THEY TALK TO YOU FOR LIKE 2 HRS ABOUT TIME SHARES AND THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY STUBBERN, BUT AFTER THAT THEN YOU CAN GET IN THE 1 MILE POOL AND GO HORSE RIDING( THAT WAS NICE). OUR HOTEL LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR US BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS CLOSE BY, WE JUST HAD TO WALK MOST OF THE TIME INSTEAD OF CATCHING A CAB.
