Overall very good. Challenging to find your room at first :-) You will walk a lot on the property and climb stairs often. Unless you like to wait for the elevators. Food is traditional - no chicken nuggets, no cheese-only pizza, seafood is represented mostly by ceviche, kids may stay hungry for a couple days :-) Beach access is superb. Staff is very friendly.

Terrible stay. Horrible food, chicken wings and pork. Really. Really bad. Weird food all around. No service elevator so all the food and janitorial staff sharing one elevator w the guests. Several elevators to get to your room. Inconvenient. Phones don’t work. All inclusive but two types of beer. Indio and Tecate light Red and white wine. No options Really. Please don’t stay here. I paid 3000 dollars for one week. Horrible stay.

We’ve stayed at other Royal resorts in Mexico (Cancun and Cabo) and had great experiences, but this Acapulco location was the weakest by far. It wasn’t terrible, but it’s in serious need of updates and improvements. The staff was fine overall, but the timeshare sales team was very pushy. They bothered us daily, which quickly became frustrating when all we wanted was to relax. The food was average. We often ended up leaving the resort for dinner, which made the all-inclusive package feel like poor value. They do have one restaurant that’s better than the rest, but you need to make a reservation — and the process requires waiting in line, something I’ve never seen at other resorts. The resort is very family-oriented, which means there are lots of kids. That’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but families should also know that children are even allowed at the pool bar, which I personally found inappropriate. Other negatives: the elevators are in very bad shape and should be replaced, and the rooms are small compared to what you’d expect from a resort-style property. In short: if you’re traveling with kids and don’t mind some of the inconveniences, this resort may be fine. But if you’re looking for the quality and experience you get at other Royal properties, this one will likely fall short.

En general bien, pero podría mejorar, el bufet es muy limitado, el restaurante de mariscos solo tiene algunos mariscos, podrían poner un par de platillos más, el acceso a fruta fresca fue muy limitado, solo el desayuno y muchas veces estaba demasiado dura para mi bebé, tocando este tema ya que es un hotel familiar, no encontré en ningún sanitario cambiadores, entonces tuve que ir a mi habitación miles de veces a cambiar a mi bebé si no encontraba un lugar apropiado, moverte en el hotel fue demasiado cansado, muchas veces no servían los elevadores y subir una rampa con un bebé de 10 kilos fue un reto

En general todo muy bien, la comida es muy rica solo que es poca variedad de platillos principalmente en el desayuno. Algo a mejorar son los colchones, son muy malos, son muy duros. Los closets a pesar de ser nuevos no abren con facilidad, se atoran. Las bebidas alcoholicas que ofrecen son de las más corrientes. Los snacks del área de alberca son muy malos. Hay pocos elevadores, se saturan y hay que esperar mucho tiempo para subir. La habitación no ofrece servibar. Las puertas de baño abren hacia adentro y chocan con la taza. La limpieza de la arena en la playa también es muy necesaria, hay pedazos de vidrio roto!!! Eso es muy peligroso!!!

Muy buena atención por parte del personal del Hotel. Sólo algunos detalles en la limpieza de la habitación y debe implantarse un código para el requerimiento de toallas y sábanas. Es muy necesario extender el horario de alberca y playa al menos hasta las 22 hrs. Urge modernizar ese sitema para la reservación del Restaurant de Especialidad, no es posible perder una hora para reservar. El proceso de venta de memebresías al inicio muy atentos y si dices NO o te retractas y cancelas, ufff, cambia mucho el trato.
