"Fantastic facilities, but service in some areas lacking. Restaurant and breakfast services were really below par for such an establishment. Food was great, but service by some individuals was indifferent. Aircons did not work in my unit despite requests when hiring. This should be investigated by management as there were ‘prepayments’ made for this.
There is a lot to like about the establishment and I will return, hopefully to see that some of the matters are addressed."
