Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
"I have always enjoyed visiting and staying at your casino/hotel for many years. By far, always the best option in BlackHawk! However, this past week’s visit was disappointing. I may be mistaken, but I thought I made a reservation for a premier king size room with more square footage and other amenities? ..."

The Peaks Resort and Spa
"The room is very clean. We were there when the temperatures were very high. There is a mini split in the room. Seems a bit off but it does the job. The staff are wonderful. Be prepared to pay for parking. I suppose this is tied to parking being a premium. The restaurant was closed when we visited ..."

The Virginian Lodge
"Very disappointing stay. My room was on the first floor, and there was constant noise from people walking upstairs from the time I checked in until around 2 a.m. It seemed like guests were continuously checking in or moving around on the second floor, but the noise was extremely loud. Since my room ..."

Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park
"Nice location, however, the rooms were small! Difficult to take a shower for me who is average ht/wt, but my husband 6’2” and >250# struggled. Only queen bed in room. The coffee area in lobby had minimal items and was out of things each day we were there such as sandwiches, whip cream, lids to cups, yogurt parfaits.. Line was long to get black coffee. Most meals in cafes throughout park are cafe style, prices are high so be prepared."
