Not a great location but everything else was good! And you can rent electric bikes, so it's easy to get around. The Sesoko beach is about a 15-20 minute walk otherwise. Not aware it was a bed only Inn. No front lobby no personnel. No elevators. Door locks were ready to break. No locking safe thus had to carry my laptop whenever I left the room. Though Japan is the safest country in the world, a solid door lock would benefit.
