Best hotel in Okinawa

Absolutely outstanding hotel, staff are excellent and cannot do enough to assist and compliment your stay. Area around hotel is quiet and very scenic. Restaurants are second to none with gourmet class food. Okinawa is paradise on earth with plenty of worthwhile excursions in the local area.

Hotel property with high quality finish and 3 great pools. Let down by the small beach and limited operating hours (pool only operated from 9am to 7pm), should really open at 6am or 7am so that can get some pool time before breakfast and stay open at night as the lighted pools are quite nice.

I really enjoyed the hotel. There was a nice infinity pool qnd the room was excellent. Service from staff was also excellent. I found the beach was smaller than the photos had suggested and the hotel doesnt offer car rental - we had thought there was car rentals there only you need to be from Japan to rent those cars. I saw a little pile of dust/dirt behind the beds. The location is a bit remote, so you will need a car. Overall it was a good experience.

The ac was not working well in the room. It also was really humid and had a smell of mold. We told the staff but they didnt seem to know what was wrong. Our friends stayed in another room so we had a 1-1 comparison. Do not stay in room 672, few days later i got sick, there was definitely mold in the room (mold has a distinct smell of sweaty spice). There was also mold on the ceiling of the gym next to the air vent.

Overall it was a nice stay. We arrived around 9pm. They had a free transportation between the parking garage and the main entrance. The parking fee was 1000 Japanese yen per night total 3000 yen for the stay. We chose “eco-friendly house keeping”. It saved us 3000 yen. The girl who helped our check-in was very friendly and well knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. We received a bottle of sparkling wine for free which I didn’t know. It was a nice surprise for us. Housekeepings we met in a hallway and the one who cleaned the room were friendly with respect to us. Food was excellent at the breakfast buffet with many choices. I did checked out early in the morning as I was suggested so we can avoid the checking out waiting line. The person who did it went over each charges with me and explained good. The only thing I can say negative about the hotel was the waiting time for the breakfast. We were told that we had to wait for at least 30 minutes. There were many empty tables right outside of the restaurant so I guess they had short staff against many customers. We spoke to the person who was in charge of the place and we were able to get a table.
