"When I told the staff member that I had lost power in my room due to the electric skillet shorting out the system she was rude, hung up on me and then wouldn't pick up. The power was restored but the skillet was not replaced. I have stayed there before and was in for 5 nights this time"

"Paid in full through Expedia, apon arrival staff acknowledged booking but said they had no rooms available and were unsympathetic and unhelpful to my family. I am aware that this may be the fault of Expedia but Reef resort completely washed their hands of the issue. Poor customer service."

"Well stocked spacious apartment with great view of the river. Conveniently positioned close to shopping centre. Modern appliances and well maintained. Minor issues were, strictly only one room access card allowed, which can be inconvenient with two people, and no shelves in the cupboard. Otherwise recommended."

"This was bad, probably the worst. Like, bad staff. When we got into the room, one of the lights was broken. The fridge placement was blocking a dresser that kept plates and cups to make tea and coffee in. The bathroom sliding door was freely hanging off, and we had to leave early in the morning. There were no dim lights, so it was hard to navigate around in the dark. Overall, 0/10"
