"The pool water was not balanced. We own a pool and the pool was merky and you could not see past the 2 step. The rooms are outdated and not clean. The bedspread had hairs on it that were not ours. The door to the room did not have proper seal and light was coming in from all around it. The ac unit was banging and so loud. I think they take advantage of their big name and the proximity to the park. No where else to stay so they get you and you’re stuck there. The shower was gross and had a bunch of calcium build up. The staff was not helpful. We tried to get in our room a little early they said they were cleaning them. We sat and waited and not one person was cleaning the rooms or came out."

"We were disappointed with the check-in experience. The attendant was very rude to us. She simply stated that we could not enter the room before 4:00 PM—which we understand is the policy—because it was still being cleaned. However, when we were finally allowed into the room, it was clear that it had been cleaned quite some time earlier. What was even more frustrating was that, immediately after speaking with us, she checked in other guests who had arrived after we did. After a long journey, it felt discourteous to be left waiting while others were accommodated ahead of us. Overall, the interaction lacked the courtesy and professionalism we expected. Thank you."
