"The rooms a very small, no closed or drawers to put clothing, pool very small and very hard to access, the location of the hotel is horrible since you can hear all the loud parties happening around. I like to party but once in my room would like to not hear outside noise which lasted all night since is at the center . The breakfast not worth it. Same buffet every single day. Stay for 5 days same food items. Can’t take to your room or outside the lobby. The staff was helpful, professional. We got stuck in the elevator and emergency buttons do not work. Had to contact front desk thru message which of the person cell had signal otherwise. No one apologized just simple rest elevator after us being stuck and ask nothing. Not worth the price."

"Nice, cheap and clean rooms. Very strategically located in El Poblado, very near to many excellent restaurant and many other choices for food. Easy to access to the north side of El Poblado, Medellin. Room was clean, I doubt that you will get another room nearby at that price. Very affordable."
