The room was clean but they gave me dirty linen what's on my bed in a dirty pillow in the air conditioner stop working so was in the room two days with no air conditioner

Not sure about the phone system. We weren’t able to make call to the desk. Not sure how the phone works. Seemed to be dead. Also the bathroom floor filled with water when using the handicap shower. It was messy.

For Sumter SC, this hotel was s gem. It was plush. Loved the shower and the bed was very comfy. BREAKFAST was ok too.

Our stay was nice. The latch on the bathroom door was broken, but it did not cause any problems. The breakfast was VERY good. It wasn't the typical "heat up in the microwave" garbage most places serve. Service was friendly and prompt
