Beautiful grand hotel maintained perfectly! Tom the concierge was superb. Missed a traditional bar at the hotel…only open for coffee in the mornings. Tonga room bar only open wed-Saturday and hotel guests not given priority. Hotel needs to move past the “if you touch the mini bar model”, we were bothered twice with “mini bar queries”. And again at check out, charges were promptly removed but too much obsession for a hotel at this level!

Great get away!
Was in SF for a writers conference (at a different hotel!). Learned so much, so decided to ‘hole up’ in a nice space to utilize my new knowledge. Perfect place to sit and write and watch the rain below! The whole experience was wonderful!
