We chose this hotel from it’s reviews. We were greeted by a very snobby guy that when I mentioned light heartily about cookies (since they had the set up he said snootily “no cookie” then we happily said we chose this hotel for the review in which he leaned well over the counter to point at the awards and a slight roll of his eyes. So we checked in and was checked into a mobility accessible room by mistake. Come to find out the ap on Expedia jumped to this room. We come back and the check in guy says no room changes for 3rd party check in. Then he calls his Manager. A man with a big chip on his shoulder comes out of the elevator and chest sticking out and says since you booked through a 3 rd party we can do nothing for you. He was condescending and rude and we suddenly were 3rd rate people for using Expedia. We left with a paid for room and went to a beautiful hotel the Hampton Inn and suites Dodge city with a gorgeous room and the kindest, best desk person to check us in. The room is so spacious and clean and I would stay at the Hampton over and over again. But for the any best western in Dodge I would avoid at all cost. Just so who ever is reading this review we travel extensively and our business sends our employees all over the US. We have seen and have stayed in all kinds of resorts and hotels in big and small towns. Do not stay here

Room was worth the money. Checking in was welcoming and hotel was clean. Breakfast wasnt good enough stop us from having to eat right after checking out but thats no big deal. Housekeeping determined to get us out hours before checkout. However, i would stay again if i drive through Kansas.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, this time a tub mat was missing and the tub was very slippery, the tub drain was partially blocked, and the fan was not functioning. At 2 AM, dogs were barking in the hallway.
