SIMPLY DISGUSTING……I am not a picky man, and understand you get what you pay for, but this is simply inexcusable and pure slumlord abuse of the unexpecting tourist.
Rooms were beyond deplorable and the epitome of pure filth, with the beds being $100.00 specials that put springs into your back and smelled of mildew and body odor.
Blood stains on the bedding and next to the toilet paper holder, dirt and hair on the sheets, layers of dust and filth on everything, even the alarm clock looked like it was dropped off a balcony. The room HONESTLY smelled like spoiled milk, and that was the third room we looked at.
Three cockroaches came out of the heater when we turned it on, and a huge spider was under the sink!
Black mold spots all over the bathroom ceiling and near the heater, dust and dirt inside the coffee pot, and spider webs behind the nightstand…….HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN?
The outdoor stairs were carpeted and smelled like vomit and urine, as homeless people and meth heads wandered in and out. Half the cars in the lot were local and full of broken windows, missing headlights, etc, giving the impression this place was known for illegal activities.
It was too late to get our money back as we paid online, but we chose to drive another hour at 11 at night and got out of there as fast as we could.
You can think this is an exaggeration but I promise you it was worse than I described it…….simply the worst I have ever seen and the only reason we were there was a quick 8 hour layover on
