Downtown Convenience and Comfort
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was within walking distance to all restaurants and venues downtown. I can't wait to stay there again.

This hotel is nice enough, but many areas are showing its age. Our bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. It was a good hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Great Place to Stay
Chattanooga is a fun town. We did a lot of the tourist things like Lookout Mountain and were lucky enough to have great weather. With the DoubleTree being downtown we walked to almost everything in the evenings. The staff was professional and took care of us. I don't think you will have any issues staying here.

It was freezing
It was amazing other than the thermostat in the room would not cut the heat on and it would not even shut off it kept blowing cold air which in the winter time is freezing and the parking was less than adequate
