"The Lucerne genuinely feels like a well-kept secret. I've rarely enjoyed a hotel stay as much as this one. I found the hotel to be clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, and convenient to so much of what I wanted to see during my visit. The value for the money is exceptional. All that would be enough to keep me coming back, but their in-house restaurant, Nice Matin, provided what may be the best, and certainly the fastest, room service I've ever had anywhere. Every meal was better than the last, and I still think about the ravioli I had on my last night. What an excellent experience. I'll be back as soon as my schedule allows."
