We originally booked this accommodation based on location and overall facilities (suite with kitchenette). The bed was comfortable, the suite size was good, the shower terrific. Air conditioner worked well, but was a little noisy cutting in/out a lot. Sheraton reception and baggage staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in time 4pm and checkout time 10am could be improved to current standard of 11am checkout/3pm checkin, but Embarc is separate to the Sheraton, albeit in the same building and Sheraton staff handling the checkin/checkout process. We would have preferred inclusion of a washer/dryer/stovetop to make the stay perfect.

As other reviews, it was hard to find out the entrance at the first time. However, the valet parking was easy after that. The rooms are located at the high floor of the hotel building, so the view was amazing. Overall, it was good stay.
