Website indicates they have a pool and hot tub, these facilities are part of an independent attached sports complex. We were stunned to find out we had to go through public change rooms to find crowded facilities. This in our opinion is false advertising as a hot tub soak was why we selected this hotel despite its premium price.

Stayed at your Summerside location twice within one month and both times the check in took a long time. I waited more than 30 minutes and there was 4 people behind me. Also the dining room claims it closes at 10pm however both times I stayed they closed early. The lady at reception was very pleasant to deal with.

The hotel adjoins the Credit Union sport facility via a indoor corridor, and you are allowed to use the pool (huge) and the gym. There is also a 511 West restaurant that serves a decent number of gluten free food options. The hotel and the sports facility were only two years old at the time of my stay and for Summerside that was a big plus. The room was quiet and comfortable, excellent matress, and shower. The WiFi was blocking Youtube which was unfortunate. The breakfast was mosty food I cannot eat and I made to with my own food and improvising with the fruit and peanut butter. Hardboiled eggs were provided if you asked. A short drive to anywhere in Summerside. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Brought my golden retriever and the staff were so gracious with him and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Summerside!

It was just beautiful and nice view of ocean ! It’s all lovely, fresh and clean. Very professional staff. Beautiful place to celebrate our 60th anniversary.

What????
The biggest complaint was not having an ironing board to iron my pants and shirt before a trade show. I have never been in a hotel without these two items.
