The tub was terribly stained, the room had a bad odor. Could not change rooms because all rooms were booked and the front desk needs customer service training. The whole experience was just unpleasant.

The room itself was quite acceptable. It was a cold Florida night, and the heater didn't work. Being cold diminished the experience.

Upon check in, I wasn’t greeted and the young girl that checked me in had a horrible attitude. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there and that she hated her job so that through my mood off immediately. However, the room was decent, bed was kind of squeaky, water barely came out the shower at first but eventually got better. Bed was comfy, it was okay for the price. Had a better experience during check out.

It wasn’t good. The phone in the room didn’t work, the fridge was frozen over, the beds were uncomfortable and when we asked for more sheets and towels due to a spill, we were told rather rudely that they didn’t have any. It was a bed for two nights for Royal Rumble but will not be returning.

It was dark. I am alone. I pulled into the hotel and there was hugh barrels under the cover so you could not pull into the door. You had to park and walk back. Then on looking in the lobby was empty and sterile looking. No one in sight. Then you had to be buzzed in to get entrance. Not a good thing. I pressed the buzzer. No one came. I was so creeped out I left. It felt like being in the hood. I will not be paying for this and Hotels should not endorse this place
