OCEAN VIEWS from all FOUR BALCONY’S! Why stay at the beach if you can’t see the ocean? This two story 1350 square foot town home is located on the second and third floor with amazing views. The entire townhouse has been tastefully updated, freshly painted throughout. There is a flat screen tv in the living room and a flat screen in the master bedroom and second bedroom and internet.

This unit is perfect for couples or families.

24 hour supermarket and pharmacy blocks away.

Private pool and beach access from townhome. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool area. Bring your 4x4 vehicle and drive on the beach.

Appliances include refrigerator stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, cookware and dishes provided.
All linens and towels also included.

Sleeps 1-8 guests. Master bedroom has a King size upholstered bed, guest bedroom has a bunk beds and queen size bed.

There is 15 steps up to the 2nd floor and 15 steps to the bedrooms.
The complex is old. There is a lack of electrical plugins. No cable in master bedroom, do have a smart tv. The kitchen was supplied with lots of dishes and cooking pans. Our feet were dirty from walking barefoot in condo, thought it was the tile, but believe it was the canvas rug in living room. Nice neighbors and safe. Good location.
