The space
1200 square foot cottage. This property offers 4 seasons of fun. Experience the beautiful fall/winter and spring and summer.
ONE Video/Noise Control Security Camera (BLINK) is on the property - located on the garage left-hand side of the garage door and is clearly visible upon driving up to the property.
This cottage is open concept and has vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom is located on the main level, and has a walk-in closet. The main floor has a kitchen stocked with supplies - dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven, tea kettle, toaster, small sandwich grill, Keurig coffee machine. The living room has a tv w/ satellite and Netflix and pull out couch, dining area, designated office space - desk and office chair, 4 pc bathroom with jet tub and spacious walk in shower, laundry room (washer/dryer and supplies) and main foyer. Double doors from the living room open up to the rear covered patio space with a patio table and chairs. The upper level has a loft bedroom with three single beds, and a 1/2 bath and a open closet nook.
The back of the property offers plenty of privacy, it is not fenced. The patio is covered and has a small dining area and BBQ. The fire pit in the yard is for guest use - bring your own wood- wood not supplied.
The front of the property has a designated covered seating area, a gravel pad in the front can be used for parking, or for a trailer - if travelling with friends (must be disclosed and additional fees will apply). This does not need to be used as a parking space as the long 60 foot concrete driveway offers plenty of parking.
This home is 2nd from the lake, there is a view of the lake from the living room, and bedroom. In some areas the view is obstructed by trees/small cottages. The lake can also be seen from areas in the yard/side of property.
Easy access about 30 second walk through reserve to the lake which can be used to go canoeing/kayaking/floating also leads to property owners Private dock *******
Pets (dogs) are welcome, but maximum of two pets.

Reserve land at back of property - reserve land is land owned by the province so that everyone gets shared use and access to the lake. The reserve land is behind our property at rear property line (small path that leads to the lake). Reserve land can be distinguished by blue arrows. Other property owners have added blue flagging on trees to make sure others do not walk onto their properties.
Important Note: Interior Decor will change for Spring/Summer, Fall, and Christmas/Winter (Christmas Tree)
The garage is NOT for guest use.
The front patio area has a door that leads to a mechanical room due to the complexity of the set up at this property - guests do not have access to the mechanical room.
What to do?
Regardless the season, experience the nature.
Fall - Walks, canoeing (may be to cold for swimming), experience the change in foliage, hot chocolate, bonfires. Interior wood burning fires, movies. Visit the near by park.
Winter - walk right onto the ice to go fishing or snowmobiling, walks, fires in the wood burning fire place. Hot chocolate, movies, Netflix.
Summer - Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, walks, farmers markets near by, bonfires, relaxing on private dock. Picnic, or visit the nearby park. Mini golf/Icecream at Seba.
Guest access
This will be your space for the duration of the booking. The entire home is accessible to guests, the garage and mechanical room is NOT for guest use.
Other things to note
Lake Isle is a fishing lake, with a boat launch two minutes away, other lakes can be used such as Wabamum, Alberta Beach and Seba Beach. Park and picnic area for kids about 2 minutes away. Mini golf and ice-cream in Seba Beach. Canoes/Kayaking off of the private dock (less than 1 minute walk to dock).
Farmers markets on Saturdays and Sundays at Wabamum and Seba Beach.
The garage is not for guest use, bring your own wood for burning. Anyone planning to have a guest with. Trailer/RV must disclose this and pay additional fees for RV and guests.
House is heated by in-floor heating.
House has well water - clean drinking water provided in water cooler.
Ice fishing in the winter.
Interior home decor will change for seasons - spring/summer/fall/and winter (christmas tree).
