The Space:
Our guests will love the patio overlooking the street filled with beautiful plants & nice outdoor furniture. The kitchen has been completely updated. You'll love the comfortable beds & beautiful views from the rooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire top unit of the property & right side of the driveway. The garage is reserved for the residents in the bottom unit, please do not park there.

The Neighborhood:
Absolutely perfect location in the heart of the highly sought after South Highlands neighborhood. Close to Line Ave, Betty Virginia park, Norton Art Gallery, Rhino Coffee, Starbucks, Counter Culture & Line Ave Pie/Brew. Super safe & very friendly neighbors showcasing the best Shreveport has to offer. Easy access to downtown, I-20, I-49, Barksdale Air Force Base & Oschner Hospital.

Getting Around:
The area is very walkable & there are Uber/Lyft drivers if you need one.

Other Things to Note:
There is a very nice couple that live downstairs. They mostly keep to themselves & are very respectful/quiet.
