I really enjoyed my stay at Reside Downtown Seattle. The woman at check-in was very accommodating. There were a couple of issues with my first room so i was moved to a different room. There was a privacy window issue with the second and the host did not hesitate to right the situation. Third time was a charm. I'm a bigger guy and the new apartment had open seated chairs (no arm bars) that were easy to sit in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment had two standing fans and a standing heater for extra comfort. To my dismay, I only got to experience one day of cloudy rainy weather. On that day, i was able to make good use of the apartment window to let that breeze through the apartment. The only issue i had was that the freezer did not get cold enough to freeze so my ice cream melted but it was cold enought to keep drinks extra cold without freezing and bursting their containers. I would definitely recommend staying here. Pike's Public Market is literally across the street and the apartment is right next to a grocercy store, cupcake shop, and coffee shop.

There were pros and cons to this location. Pros: the panoramic view of the pier and ocean was nice. The apartment was clean and provided many amenities. Very comfortable and spacious studio apartment. It is very close (walking distance) to the public market and many other nice spots like coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. Nice scenic city views. Cons: it is in the downtown seattle area. So, it is very noisy at night. I heard sirens every night. Although the apartment had heating and a dial to control it, the room got very cold at night, even with the temperature set up high, but this is also due to the extreme weather outside. The room was also missing some essentials, such as a sponge if you wanted to wash dishes to reuse, no salt or pepper (which may seem picky, but my friend had all of these in their apartment). There is also no front desk or concierge, which may or may not be a good thing, but considering how the surrounding areas may seem unsafe to people who aren’t used to downtown city areas, it may benefit to have someone monitor who goes into the building or even to ask questions or concerns. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but it could have been a more pleasant experience with minor adjustments. However, I would consider staying there again.

Property is great loved our room and the service just the area we were in there was to much homeless doing drugs and wondering around outside couldnt walk anywhere at night
