I checked in late at 2am exactly, it was nice that the front desk was able to check me in that late. I felt bad cause he had to wake up. The room was clean. The towels to dry yourself after show are very thin and a lil small. I did got hot water. Also, there is no wifi capabilities I think: also, beware there was almost no wall plugs in. You do get a call before check out to warn you that you of your check out time. 3/5 experience. Probably won’t come here again due to lack of wall plugs ins.

An Unexpected Gem
I had some car problems that required me to stay at the Journey Inn unexpectedly. I was very pleased with the management and the room itself was cute, decorated with pictures of Wodland and large enough to have a little seating area and a fridge. I appreciated the stay.

Checking in is easy. Great location. Overall very clean room. Floor could use a good mopping. Bathroom has no fan. Never enough lighting. Biggest issue which they have very little control over is some hooligan was hanging around the rooms offering to sell drugs and stolen items.

The room was very clean with laminate flooring. Unfortunately the internet did not work so if you need internet do not stay there. The manager had to give me a password for the Admin network.

The housekeeping crew at this property are amazing. The front desk staff guy on the other hand is very very unpleasant to deal with. He doesn't look like he appreciates any business or his housekeeping crew. If you end up staying here just be aware.

Property is nothing like advertised. Policy says no noise after 9pm yet people were gaming and making noise at 1:30am with no help from staff to quiet them down.
