To be frank, they could have given me newspaper for sheets and told me to use the outhouse out back to handle my business and I'd still likely give them a 5/5 rating. Why? After a day of travel and wandering around 100 degree Folsom for a few hours, to arrive to a clean indoor pool and jacuzzi complete with seating areas and piles of clean towels made me feel I was on Cloud 9. I had stayed at two hotels in the same trip with out of service pools which made this all the more sweet. Fortunately, the rest of the stay was also very nice. Room was extremely well taken care of, amenities were on point, breakfast was very nice with a very good seating area, and the hotel is in a great area for shops and restaurants. Great stay.

I like my stay, easy freeway access, plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Rooms were good, windows open(I like fresh air at night). Clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good, clean. I would recommend this for families. I’m coming back no question about that. Thank you for making my stay very enjoyable. Plenty of parking, felt very secure.
