No sound proofing. Someone knocking on our door at 6:50 am scared us awake (after neighbors were being loud until after 1am and then again at 3). Fine for a place to shower and sleep, but not as pictures look.

Lots going on. Lots of homeless, traffic, noise... And no hot water. Even the lukewarm level it would reach would spit cold here and there. PRking is horrible as well.

This place is filthy (bedbug in one room and bloody something on the walls of the "clean" room, among other issues) and the wifi is not functional. If I knew how to load the photos onto this review I would. Management - do yourself a favor and deep clean the rooms, floor to ceiling. Get your wi-fi fixed. Buy new bedding.
