Not bad but not great
Easy ans friendly checkin. Room wasnt thoroughly cleaned on entry. When the checkin assistant took us through the cleaners hadnt cleaned the fridge so there was food from previous customers in there. The bed slats were broken, we raised it but wasnt fixed during our stay

Nice place in Rome
HIdden hotel is close to the opera house and conveniently located near the Rome train station and Rome Metro. The room was nice, the staff at the sister hotel, were very helpful. The elevator is a bit wonky because it only works when the inner doors are closed manually. Luckily, most guests remember to close the doors, but if not, you are out of luck until someone does. I wasn't crazy about the card entry system everywhere, especially as only some of the units would light up, but everything worked great once you got used to that. My room was a bit noisy at night due to people in the adjacent building, not within the hotel, but everything seemed to quiet down by 10 PM.

The building was a little dated, but it served for our time in Rome. Two night's sleep were completely interrupted by heavy equipment right outside our window beginning at 11pm and lasting until 6am.

The location was fairly good, but be prepared that the room is very small, bed is not great and bathroom is hard to move around in. The window view was into the centre of the building so it was dark and there was a lot of piping. The building does not seem like it’s been updated in quite a while. It was not the most comfortable experience. However staff was kind.

Great accommodation
This was a great find for the price. Very close to Termini train station, Trevi Fountain, Partenon, etc. Quality of the hotel was good, very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and quiet street. The hotel shares the check in process with another hotel, so the clerk walked us over to the Opera Suites and showed us how to get in and out of the building and the room (if you’re a solo female traveler, just wanted to give a heads up). Would definitely stay there again if given the option.

Dirty Extra bedding.
This guest house is perfectly located. Less than 10mins walk from the main train station and 15mins/ 20mins walk to Fountain Trevi and Spanish steps. You will have to check in at their parent host hotel "Hotel Sonya" which is located at the beginning of the block. The only issue with my stay, was the dirty extra blankets that were left for us in the closet. It was not washed nor inspected before being placed into our room for use. Thankfully, I am a diligent hotel guest and I inspect everything before using. The white blanket had what appeared to be pee stain or some other bodily fluid on it, along with human hair. Super disgusting and such a turn off.
