Old. Run down. Pool is dry and empty, looks like for some time but they advertised the opposite. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay somewhere else. Been thinking about leaving since I got here and just eating the cost which is non-refundable at this point but only staying one night so chalk it up to bad luck. I feel like it shouldn’t be on the hotel search websites, like it’s not good enough for that.

The heating was largely ineffective. The facility is fairly old. It was noisy. Otherwise, it was OK.

No shampoo, no hair dryer, bathroom door can’t even close, non smoking room with heavy smoke odor. Everything are dirty. Even the pillows are visibly stains

Thie location was convient easy to get to off freeway and had close restaurants and shops but that was about the best thing. It was very average maybe slightly lower. Was clean enough but had some dirt left in the tub. Not sure if our room was just missing it but no tv channel description to know what was what and with kids it was hard to find a good channel. The biggest issue i had was the electrical oylets would not keep a plug in them i had to tape my phone charger into it for it to stay plugged in and all of the outlets in the room were like this. It also had very little low quality soap bars. The front desk staff was nice.

Overall outdated from lining to elavators not working having to walk opposite side of your room in the cold. Air conditioned system didn’t work on top of that so back in the freezing cold we went slept restless. If was t for being close to family would of left.

Don't waste your money

Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: You can refund my money
When I booked this hotel on line through travelocity, I clearly read on the page where they would not charge your card until you arrived. However, my card was charged the moment the reservation was made and on the receipt it clearly stated no refunds or changes. Upon arrival of the hotel, the room was disgusting, and it was obvious that the maid service had not properly cleaned the room. We had to request another room. We were not happy with the second room either. The rooms were worn and dated....the linen needs to be bleached, the carpet looks as though you shouldn't walk on it barefooted and you would prefer to shower elsewhere. We were forced to stay there our 1st week because they said that our money was non-refundable. We got another hotel for our 2nd week.

Convenient Lodging

Pros: Conveinent.
Cons: Staff was curt/rude. when stating "I have a reservation" Staff said "Give me your ID and credit card", went in the back room. No Hotel info given.
Location: ?
Needed lodging for one night, near family in the immediate area. We checked in, slept and departed.

Requested non-smoking room (should have expected poor room conditions just by the fact that they HAVE smoking rooms), room was filthy, breakfast disgusting. In the 15 minutes that I was in the lobby, 3 groups came in complaining about their rooms and 2 of them left, refusing to sleep in those conditions. We should have left as well.
