I booked on Expedia and when we got the hotel the front desk manager told us we did not have a reservation and that were out of capacity. when I showed her my confirmation from Expedia that our reservation was booked and confirmed she told us that they use too many booking agencies and they couldn’t keep track of them all. So inconvenient.

Horrendous I booked a Mastee deluxe Suite at Ducasi, NOT at “tropics” the budget resort next to it. The service was the worse ever. Had to move hotel and they staff didn’t care. I don’t understand why hotels.com Allows this misleading and not getting responsible
