The bearings on the chilled water circulation pump were going out causing a very loud mechanical and vibrating sound near our room. The staff was completely understanding and quickly offered us a new room far from the problem.

Great location

Pros: Clean friendly breakfast was exceptional
Came in late around 11 front desk treated us like it was early in the morning with all smiles and respect. Bed was great, bathroom made me want to upgrade ours at home just like it

Okay hotel.

I was put in a queen after I booked/paid for a king size bed. I have two kids this made my stay awful. Pictures online lie about this hotel.
