Flight canceled and luggage lost. Front desk supplied me with a toiletry kit. Juan at the bar very kind and had an excellent cocktail and flatbread meal. Rooms were clean and bed very comfy. Also liked the lavender roller ball offered on the nightstand. Free shuttle back to airport definitely helped ease my worries during this travel experience.

Made last minute reservation when flight was canceled. Convenient to airport Front desk very nice at late check in. Room great and comfortable. Note there is no shuttle from Reagan/National after 1030PM so we had to take a cab ( called front desk and gentleman recommended taxi -gave me a general cost ( about $10) A taxi driver quoted me twice as much so very much appreciate the hotels advice).
