Room floor dirty, sink drained slow due to partial plugged up, Microwave old & needs replacing, front door to Lobby beat up /old/needs replacing/...old concrete sidewaks need power wash, bathtub missing anti-slip strips to prevent falls, toilet tank mounted crooked, bedsheets need to be replaced (had stains despite washing) . Very disappointed.

The lady that works as the breakfast attendant was very rude and mean . Needs to be taught how to be nice to guests .

Cockroaches in the bedroom when we presented this issue we were asked if we wanted another room we checked out early at 4am and was refused our cash deposit and we were told they would send a check my credit card has been charged 7 time's although i paid cash horrible visit do not go there

I am sorry that you had a bad experience at the hotel. As far as your cash deposit goes, as stated in our cash policy, our agents do not have access to the safe, so all cash deposits have to be issued after 7am when the timed safe can be opened.

Roach Motel

Pros: Pulling away.
Cons: Get a bull-dozer and start over.
Location: Norfolk Navy Base. Just because this facility is so close to the Navy base, it should not be allowed to deteriorate so badly.
Frightening place. Had it not been 2am when I arrived, I would have run away. Run down, rust everywhere, wall paper pealing off, everything is dis-repair - this place needs to be bull-dozed. How a national chain like Quality Inn can allow such facilities to be part of their organization is surprising. Dump.

Nice hotel for this area

The room looked fairly clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. The morning breakfast was small but very good also. Overall, it was good
