The Courtyard Suite provides guests with a full kitchen. Complimentary coffee, as well as spring water bottles. All neworleans-gulfcoastvacation rentals properties are Smoke-Free. Louisiana as well as Mississippi Gulf Coast.

The dining area accommodates guests with a table and chairs. Additionally, comforts of home include a living area, two nightstands next to your comfortable Queen-sized Tommy Bahama bed.

The studio suite includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, or, if you prefer the fresh air, enjoy opening the New windows, with screans, that will keep out the mosquitos! Winter time, a floor heater is provided for your use. Please unplug, and turn off when you are not in the suite. Full cable TV service with an HDTV is provided for your comfort. Cable includes all channels, On Demand, and PPV. Free Wi-Fi is also available at no additional charge.

This tropical oasis is a hidden gem located within five walking blocks to the French Quarter and three walking blocks to the world famous Frenchmen Street jazz clubs.
Public transportation is just 1 block away, a 3 minute walk. The streetcar originates and terminates, also rides down the edge of the French Quarter. Temporarily closed! Bus service is available on same corner! Easy access into the French Quarter. Just outside the front door is the NEW ROBERT'S Fresh Market grocery store. It has everything that you would need. As well as a Starbuck's on the corner. Location at its BEST!

No daily maid service is provided, however, the suite is fully stocked with linens for your entire stay. Your safety is important to us, so pleae keep the entry gate closed as well as your door locket at all times. Don't forget your keys!

Great spot!

First visit to NOLA! Matt & Steve were wonderful. Easy to work with, communication top notch and great hosts. Lots of recommendations that we took advantage of. This was our first trip to NOLA Matt met us and got us all checked in… told us of some special places to eat right around the apartment… this was a great location.. easy to get to where we wanted to go.. the place was clean and was a great place to rest and get ready for the next day of sightseeing!! Highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we get back to NOLA

Great Location
Really cute place just right for two. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do or to the trolley or public transit. Nice to have a supermarket right across the street so we didn't have to go out for every meal. Responsive and helpful communications from Steve! Would definitely stay again.

Great Suite near the action in New Orleans
My experience was wonderful from the start. Once I booked I received a guide to recommendations for music, food, and attractions. The day before my stay I was contacted by Steve to arrange a time to pick up my keys. Steve was right there as I got out of my cab. He immediately oriented me to the neighborhood and the property. The suite was perfect for my needs. It was clean and well appointed. It was easy walking to a grocery store, restaurants, bars, live music, French Market, and the French Quarter. I’ll stay there again when I return with my wife.

Perfect Home Away From Home While Visiting Nola
TLDR: If you’re visiting the French Quarter this area is a perfect location to stay. Close enough to the FQ for adventures, food, and entertainment but far enough away to get away from the tourist and relax on the back courtyard. The VRBO hosts Matt and Steve are hands-down the single best hosts we’ve ever had at any location and the property was everything shown and described in the listing AND more. Read my full review below for the full scoop. The Hosts: Matt and Steve were a text or email away. We had the pleasure of having Matt greet us when we arrived and he gave us the tour of the property as well as more local suggestions than you might have time to explore. That was part of our problem but it’s a good problem to have. Their local suggestions should be heeded because all the ones we could squeeze in were really great! The suggestion book that was onsite was really helpful to. Aside from the fantastic meet and greet both were only a quick text away if we had a question or needed something. We had some pretty funny conversations too and if you get a chance to hang out with either I highly suggest it. Good people and great company! They’re the kind of people you wish you could invite over to the back yard when you get home but you’ll just have to come back and visit them. The Property: We stayed in the Courtyard Suite since there were only (2) of us and it was fantastic! You have a fully decked out studio apartment basically. If you wanted to stay and cook you had everything on hand to do so except for the food. As for the groceries, well that’s just a VERY short walk across the road to the local grocery store named Robért Fresh Market. Think of it as a smaller Whole Foods. The suite was immaculate. There was plenty of accommodation for clothing in the closet or drawers. Plenty of towels/washcloths/etc. Plenty of other essentials like toilet paper or paper towels. The décor was very nice and comfy and just visually looked great. There’s also a full laundry that’s shared with the other rental locations onsite. Accessed using your own key. The bed was also VERY comfy. Other things like an ironing board, hair dryer, and basics were also available. They truly had everything covered that we needed. There’s also a Internet onsite which had great speeds. Access to the courtyard is behind a locked gate that you’ll use to enter or leave the property so no worries, you’re safe at all times. Enjoy that courtyard too!

Great neighborhood spot
The Courtyard Suite was perfect for my first trip to New Orleans. It’s in a great neighborhood with restaurants nearby and walking distance to so many things to do. Communicating with Matt and Steve was easy and fun, and there’s a list of all kinds of places to go and things to do in the area. Plus they had balloons in the suite celebrating my birthday! I can’t wait to come back to New Orleans and I’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Convenient comfort
Just a few blocks from the French Quarter, with plenty of interesting bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Extra credit to the hosts for being so attentive while dealing with unexpected personal affairs far more important than a guest’s comfort. Would happily stay here agsin on my next visit
