Went down for Mardi Gras - perfect location for the parade route. Staff was super friendly! Rooms were nice and the hotel has a great New Orleans architecture look to it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The manager on duty gave my adjoining room to someone else after it was clear what I had before he gave it away. When we tried explaining it to him he walked away and would let speak with me anymore.

Location was great just that the room we got the first night we had no AC Ac kept going in and out called several times to the front desk took them a whole day to move me to a different room so my first day was very horrible parking you have to be make sure that you tell them that you’re not parking there cause it’s parking limited so they still charge you even though you’re not there still waiting for manager to call me back and give me a refund on some of my parking
