The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I think they need more staff and more elevators. We spent a lot of time waiting in line to check in and out, but the biggest wait time was for elevators. They only have 3 elevators so accommodate 23 floors of guest rooms.

Yes to everything.
Had a very pleasant stay. Easy check in, overnite parking is a little pricy but convenient. Beautiful, clean large room was everything and more. Will definitely be back. Less than two blocks to Bridgestone arena.
