This was by far the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. My husband and I arrived a little after 4pm to check in which was their check in time. There were 3 employees at the desk and about 20 people waiting to check in. Nothing was happening, no one was moving, 30 minutes went by before the guy in front of us went to ask what the hold up was. Come to find out none of the rooms were clean. They had no rooms to give out. But management refused to come out and deal with it. They left their employees up front to deal with us with no option. They were very apologetic and very frustrated by management making them handle their mess. We didn’t set foot into our room until 5:45!!!! Once I walked in the room it was so old, nothing like the pictures online, the door was peeling, the latch on the door was completely gone, the bathroom was moldy, rusted, had been patched by what looked like silly putty, the shower head was 20 years old and covered in calcium buildup and rust and the sheets were stained. We were stuck because the room was non refundable. We had missed our dinner reservation and just infuriated all the way around. Also, my husband left to get ice which he found the machine broken and went to the next floor. While he was gone the cleaning person just opened the door and walked in only to find me and slammed the door. Unbelievable!!!! For $230 we were completely ripped off. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

The location was in a great spot to get to downtown Nashville. The staff was friendly. The main entrance was nice. However, the bedroom is where it lacked. The carpets need to be ripped up and the tub was old, stained, and clogged up. The AC unit was incredibly loud. Overall, it was a safe place to lay our heads down at night, but not somewhere I'd recommend.

Good value just north of downtown. Property could use a little facelift. A movie was being filmed in the lobby which was kind of cool.
