They sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet and was defensive that we were irritated we had to come back to get assigned a new room. The room was pretty grimy and worn down but the parts that have been newly refinished were fine.

The property is a area that is close to downtown without paying downtown price. Breakfast was good. The renovation to room that was done cheaply. But again the price is good.
