The pool area was one of the best look but the room looked kind of dirty hair over the bathroom, the floor got your feet’s look dirty. But overall my kids enjoyed playing at the pool.

Was dirty. TV channels did not work. Had water running from under entertainment center that I stepped in when getting up at night. Checked out a day early. They are suppose to refund the second day. Hope Expedia will help me if the $ doesn’t show up in my account next week.

The website for the property mentioned the rooms being cleaned daily, it was not. The keycard system was not working properly upon check so I could only get 1 key for my room. Most important, one reason I booked the hotel was for the breakfast; however it was not organized well. There's only 1 microwave, 1 waffle iron, 1 juicer, and etc. One family had 3 children and they dominated making breakfast for their children so you couldn't get anything else until they were done. I went out to eat breakfast both days.

The building itself is run down. We were put in first room and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and they had added some makeshift kitchen counter that made no sense in placement and counter wasnt screwed down. Our 2nd room was much better but they didn’t even document the issues with the 1st room. Customer service was terrible. On their phone while checking customer in and trying to solve the multiple customer complaints and issues. They only programmed our key for each day so we had to go back into the office each day to get them to work. Continental breakfast was way below standard. The dining room had plastic lawn chairs to sit in. Online it advertised a game room with pool tables but that no longer exists.

Floors were filthy in the room-- no carpet which was fine, but our feet were black after walking on that floor. Curtains did not cover the full window and sides and there was a security/parking lot light right out of our room.

Dated property in dire need of renovation. Bathroom not well cleaned. No cover plate on electrical switch at front of unit. Door sticks and is a struggle to get in or out of unit. Breakfast bar is very disappointing. Positives include clean sheets and linens, friendly staff, safe location and easy parking.

Recent “remodel” left holes in walls, unpainted spackle, moldings clearly just heaped with spackle to “fix” broken or poorly cut corners. The room felt like it was still under construction and not by a professional.

This is a perfectly serviceable, no frills motel. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though they do not offer housekeeping during a stay. The continental breakfast offered no GF options and was therefore not an option for us. We enjoyed visiting with other guests on the gazebo, and several families with young kids seemed to enjoy the pool.
