Hola! Mi familia y yo estuvimos en año nuevo en este Hotel y no sabíamos que era nuevo y teníamos poquito miedo de que no nos gustará pero sobre paso mis expectativas el personal estuvo excelente todos dispuestos a ayuda en especial Claudia la de la cafetería ella fue muy amable ☺️

Comfy, Cozy and Welcoming...
The Hotel is only about a year old since the total remodel overhaul and updated renovations so I expected everything to be on point which it was. The early morning Front Desk clerks (Jackie & other name unknown) were very accommodating and thoughtful which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage until official check-in while I went to visit San Francisco Pier 39 via local transportation ($23 RT). Thank you! The food was tasty and fulfilling though it was a common hot food cuisine. That fact that the cutlery and dishes were eco-friendly was a bonus. My overall stay here was very much appreciated and I would recommend this location.

There was a water leak above the bathroom toilet so as I would use the bathroom, toilet water was dripping down on me! The person who stayed above me was stomping form 6pm till 10pm! I called the front desk and asked them to talk to them and it stopped and started back at 6am the next morning! Overall the staff was very nice but the toilet water dripping on my head made me disgusted!

Modern seemingly new hotel. Only secure parking/parking lot costs $20 per car. No stores/dining in walking distance. Hotel staff (front desk) during stay was great. Unfortunately, I have little else to write about the things I did enjoy about the property because after I left hotel, I realized I was charged $100 for damage which I had to call the hotel about after checking my bank account. Called the hotel was told it was for ‘damage’ and staff would need to speak with manager and get back to me. Over 3hrs later, no call back, so I called hotel, was given a bit more information regarding the ‘damage’ which I have no knowledge of. But there was not a single manager on duty until Monday (stayed Thursday, checked out Friday), which I should have at least been notified of at the time of my (first call), although no less irritating . So damage that I have no knowledge of and was not contacted about BEFORE charging my card, will be charged and there is no one for me to speak with to get any viable explanation for basically 3 days.
