Great value, wonderful staff, they have developed a faithful following. Too bad they are closing! Apparently the Palace Company of resorts sold it and is going to be turned into a top-end wellness spa. Who needs that anyway? Glad we had the opportunity to visit prior to it being closed. Again, staff was top notch! Thank you.

We were really looking forward to visiting this hotel after reading all the reviews. For the price we paid it ended up being a disaster. There was no breakfast or lunch buffet as promised. The management staff did not care for the guests and the hotel was rundown. We had to order from a set menu everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was not enough staff and w

Absolutely beautiful hotel, excellent food, amazing staff. Love that it is right on the beach. So disappointed this hotel has been bought out. After staring at different all-inclusive hotels for the last 20 years, this is one that we go back to or become a member to make the trip happen more often.
