Every staff member was extraordinarily kind and accommodating. We’ve never had better service anywhere. The food was delicious and plentiful. We only wish there was a way to provide fresh water but not in plastic bottles. It’s hard to imagine contributing to the pollution of this beautiful country through such massive amounts of plastic.

Do not waste your time going to this Garza Blanca. Go to the Cabo San Lucas Garza Blanca if you’re wanting to stay with this hotel. The Garza Blanca in Cancun was terrible. They’re still building on to the hotel. Paint is missing in areas. It’s just not even close to a five-star resort. I would rate it a three star resort. If you’re going to Cancun Banyan Mya Koba is what I would suggest. Ron
