I would not stay there again. The people at the front desk were all very nice . The place was very worn down . The parking lot was not safe , the doors slam very hard and loud. The breakfast was poor . I expected more from a Hyatt House hotel and was very disappointed over all .

the receptionist staff were trainees that should not be there alone . my airline ticket bought through you was a disaster a 45 minute stop over became 7hurs with no explanations .I had to pay 110 dollars for the taxi becuse myrentd car reservation didnot show ??? my booked returns changed without my consent from December 5 to decenmbe6; it required me to buy an additional night at the hotel.. believe it or not was asked to check out of my room and checkin again a higher rate
