Overnight stay
The room was comfortable and clean. In the first room we were given the refrigerator did not work. The receptionist changed us to another room where the refrigerator worked in this room. The doors to the closet were missing. Otherwise, the stay was pleasurable. There was also easy access to the veterans memorial that is located directly behind the hotel.

Was disappointed in the accommodations. Rooms are dated, bathtub and toilet were stained. Room description did not mention shower was in tub, not favorable to senior citizens. Bed mattresses felt old, not comfortable at all. Bed sheets were thin. Overall we felt we did not get our money's worth.

Nice Stay.
It was a great stay. The front desk was very attentive when we arrived on Saturday night. The young gentleman was happy to retrieve some hot chocolate for me. A very helpful person. A nice place to stay in Florence.
