When I showed up the staff was inconsiderate and dealing with personal booking of hotels looks like the manager of the shift was booking a hotel while this worker with the face tattoo that says queen bee ignored me when I was next in line and had to initiate conversation with her three different times until she told me the booking I had scheduled was cancelled even though I paid for hotel protection.

Sketchy neighborhood. Total drug motel. Addicts smoking drugs on the stairs outside our room. The wall hairdryer did not work. The security lock did not work. Looks like it hasn’t been updated or had carpets replaced in 50 years. The ONLY positive was gal at the front desk when we checked in. She was a complete sweetheart and very helpful. If she hadn’t been there we would have checked out for sure. She deserves a raise!

we apologize that we did not meet your expectation and it is unfortunate that you experienced these issues while staying with us, the area has changed alot over the last couple years and we do our best to keep the property clear of those issues, as you could see when you were here we are in process of putting up fencing to try and combat some of that issue those were not our customers they are local homeless who unfortunatly choose to hide in our stairwells we try our hardest to keep them out but are not 100% successful and for that we are extremely sorry, hopefully in the future we can have another chance to show you how we are improving.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean but there were holes that looked punched or kicked in the bathroom door, metal through the room was rusted, very little space to even walk around the bed. But it was quiet and the ac worked so that’s good I guess

My rating is only for the service I received from Michelle at the front desk on the phone. I had to cancel my stay and needed evidence for insurance, and she was dismissive and unhelpful. Friendly customer service should be an always thing, even if someone is cancelling.
