Worst hotel stay of my entire life!!!!
Rude, short front desk staff. And despite paying for a non smoking room i without a doubt was put in a smoking room. Incompetent staff, trash in my room. The whole foor, the third floor smelt like week and stale ciggs, and my room smelt even worse. The tap water was so bitter and foul i thought someone was trying to poison the whole hotel, literally undrinkable. I will never stay here or any other ramada for as long as i live. And i will advise anyone possible to so the same.

Had I read all the recent reviews about the staff, I would have changed my reservation. The last thing anybody needs when traveling is to be greeted with outright rudeness. From arrival, the woman at the front desk was very rude and snapped at us about the check in kiosk not working (we didn’t know). The airport shuttle driver barely spoke to anybody and would not answer questions about which terminals we were pulling up to. We had zero idea if we were being dropped off at the correct terminal since he would not confirm. You would think that at some point a hospitality business would care about their hospitality. Also, the coffee maker is in the bathroom. Gross.

It is an older building that needs a lot of maintenance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part of this place is the restaurant. The meal we had for dinner was excellent.

The hotel is run down and old, hasnt been kept up. Even as cheap as it was it should have been cheaper...decent for a quick trip esp if you arent going to spend a lot of time in the room. No amenities (no fridge or any appliances in the room for longer stays, etc). Not terribly safe...the back lot has a door that SHOULD only open with a key card but anyone can walk in and skip the lobby to get to rooms/floors.
