With three twin beds in the downstairs bedroom and four XL twin beds in the loft, this 1250 sqft property is perfect for gatherings and relaxation, offering stunning river views. The Arkansas River provides excellent fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, and catfish and a growing sport of bow fishing. The property features a dock for ease of fishing and relaxing. ⭐A New Favorite⭐ Better than exected! We expected a comfortable place to stay close to the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. It looked really too good to be true for the price. It delivered and then some! We had a great time enjoying the outdoors like we exected right on the river, but we even had fun indoors with the pool table, basketball, etc. For a family of seven, having more than enough beds for each of us is a luxury we don't often get! When we arrived, everything was nice, neat, clean, and tidy. My duck-loving son especially loved the decor—decorated just as you'd expect a duck-hunting cabin to look like. Our suitcases and a few bags of groceries were all we needed to make this place our home away from home. Definitely marking this as a favorite.
