A usb port somewhere in the room would have been nice. I left my phone charger at home.

Great location to downtown and river market! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have a snack with waters waiting on us in the room, but overall it was a good stay. The cafe closed too early being a Saturday. It closed at 10am so we didn’t get to order breakfast. Weekend should extend the hours and most of your guests sleep in later on the weekends. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay!

Construction around the property was horrible. Took us 30 minutes to try and find where we were supposed to park. Had to call the property to get directions to the parking garage. Very frustrating.

I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in the past (pre-pandemic), and the experience was great! However, this time is was very disappointing. We checked in at approximately 3:30pm and we’re given a key to a room that had not been cleaned. Then, we were given another room that was ready, only to discover the television and phone didn’t work, only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. There was a maid across the hall working in a room, I asked her for some of the towels on her cart, she told me I could not have those, and that I needed to go to the front desk. So I did. Then, I went to get ice on our floor only to discover the machine had been removed and was told I would have to go to the front desk to get some. When I went to the elevator to do so, it was stuck. I called (on my cell phone) the front desk, and they sent up a small bag of ice. My husband and I prepared to go out for the evening and had a cocktail before we left and went to sit out on the patio only to find the cushions on the chairs and sofa were stained and covered in bird feces. Lastly, the next morning the maid knocked on our door at 7:30am to clean the room. 😡 I won’t be returning to that hotel. In the future, I will book the Hampton or Residence Inn that are nearby.

My wife and 3 children had to travel without me, so I was offsite. Room was ok and near to our activities. Check in was bad - long wait and gave our room to at least 2 other groups - who used their keys to try to get into the room. Called corporate Marriott and they were very confrontational and did not seem concerned about this safety issue. It sounded like the corporate rep was laughing with someone else in the background as she tried to argue with me. She asked if I wanted to talk to her supervisor and it seemed that she just handed the phone to the other person who said the supervisor was not available and hung up on me. I was just trying to make sure that my family was safe and expressed this. The corporate rep stated that she called the hotel and it was most likely our fault for the confusion since we booked through Travelocity. We had reserved the room approximately 4 moths in advance. At check out they tried to charge almost double the price that we had locked in earlier.
