Julianna, The Doubletree by Hilton Little Rock does offer 24 hour security. The parking deck is owned and operated by the City of Little Rock which offers their own security. I do hope that we are able to host you on your next visit to Little Rock. The staff of the hotel loves to see repeat guests. Have a fantastic week.

Pool was closed even though Guest Info in room stated “Pool Open through October.” However Front Desk gave us complimentary breakfast. There was a spill on the wall under the window that ran down the wall. Very unsanitary and unsightly. Melissa in hotel restaurant was very nice and did excellent service. The food was good too.

I loved the staff! Absolutely amazing ethics and treatment from everyone! The room was clean and nice. I accidentally forgot plates for our dinner and they sent plates up within 8 mins. Very very impressed by my experience!!!

The desk personnel should not be talking to someone about getting a job here while waiting on a customer. One of our keys didn't work and there was no ice in ice machine on our floor.

What we liked about the property is the fact that it connects to the Robinson Auditorium which is where we were going to see a show. Just walk out the front door take a few steps and you are there at the auditorium. Perfect! The staff was all very helpful and polite.
